feel better faster
Get convenient medical care from Kaiser Permanente clinicians in your neighborhood who listen to what you need and want you to feel better. How can we help you heal?
Do I need an appointment?
For quicker access to care, we recommend booking online or calling 1-855-235-0491 (TTY: 711) to make an appointment. You can also walk in anytime we’re open to schedule an appointment (though the next available appointment might be the following day).
Will you see me if I’m not a Kaiser Permanente member?
Yes! We welcome members and non-members alike and accept all commercial health insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance or prefer to pay yourself, check out our pricing here.
Do I need to pay for my service right away?
If you’re using insurance other than Kaiser Permanente, we ask for a $25 payment at the time of the visit to cover likely copayment/non-covered costs. If there is a balance your insurance provider does not pay, you will be billed later. If you don’t have insurance or prefer to pay yourself, we appreciate payment in full at the time of the service. If you’re unable to pay at that time, we’ll send you a bill.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Any major credit or debit card, including HSA cards. Unfortunately, we can’t accept checks, cash, or money orders.
Do you accept other insurance plans besides Kaiser Permanente?
Yes, we accept all commercial health insurance plans and will bill your insurance provider. We ask for a $25 payment at the time of the visit to cover likely copayment/non-covered costs, and you will be billed for any balance that your insurance provider does not pay.
Care Essentials is part of the First Choice Health PPO Network. If you have access to this network through your health plan, you may get care at Care Essentials for in-network rates (typically an office visit copayment). Search for Care Essentials at www.fchn.com.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and eligibility before seeing us.
Do you accept Medicare?
We accept Original Medicare (fee-for-service) and Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage. If your Medicare Advantage health plan is other than Kaiser Permanente, you’ll need to seek care with your assigned provider.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We accept Medicaid Open Card and Kaiser Permanente Medicaid members. If your Medicaid health plan is other than Kaiser Permanente, you’ll need to seek care with your assigned provider.
